1. What CubanPortal is (and is not)

CubanPortal is an online classifieds platform where users publish and browse real estate listings in Cuba. We provide the meeting point; we are not a real estate agency, broker or notary, and we are not a party to any negotiation, contract, payment or transaction between users.

Any agreement reached between a person publishing a property and a person interested in it is exclusively between them. CubanPortal does not verify ownership titles, does not hold funds, does not mediate disputes and does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately and contact us.

3. Publishing listings

By publishing a listing you declare that you are the owner of the property or that you are expressly authorized by the owner to offer it, and that the information provided — price, features, photos and location — is truthful and current.

The following is not allowed: listings for properties that do not exist or that you are not authorized to offer; false, misleading or duplicated information; photos that do not correspond to the property; content that infringes third-party rights; and any content that is illegal, discriminatory or offensive.

We may review, edit, reject or remove any listing that violates these rules or harms the quality of the catalog, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly break them. Listings published on CubanPortal are public and may appear in search engines.

4. Your content and license

You keep all rights over the content you publish (texts and photos). By publishing it on CubanPortal you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt (for example, resizing images) and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform, for as long as the listing is published.

5. Paid features

Browsing listings and contacting advertisers is free. Publishing a property requires a single listing credit or an active professional subscription. Prices and payment instructions are shown on the publishing page; payments are currently arranged directly with our support team.

Credits and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. If a listing is removed for violating these Terms, the credit used to publish it is not refunded.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose; impersonate another person; harvest or scrape data from the site in an automated way; interfere with the operation or security of the platform; publish malware or spam; or use the contact details shown in listings for any purpose other than genuine interest in the property.

7. Disclaimers

Listings are created by users. Although we apply publication rules and remove content that violates them, CubanPortal does not guarantee the accuracy, legality or availability of any listing. Before any transaction, always verify the property, its documentation and the identity of the other party in person and, when appropriate, before a notary.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the site running and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CubanPortal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from transactions or contacts between users, from the content of listings, or from the temporary unavailability of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and request the closure of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, and remove the associated content.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
